Measurement based change for a better workplace

Throughout my career, I have gained a variety of perspectives from the human resources (HR) consulting world. One important observation is that many consulting and testing companies offer too little to small and medium sized organizations. Another is that many consulting services are not based in psychological science, which leaves many businesses guessing more often than they need to. From that basis, I set out to create Behavioral Research Solutions (BRS) so that the expertise and skills that big testing and HR consulting firms have can be more accessible and customized to smaller organizations.

BRS is about bringing quality, scientifically-based organizational effectiveness and people science consulting to small and medium sized businesses. We work on the premise that people are the key to success, and that science can help you maximize the abilities of those people no matter what industry you are in. We pride ourselves in applying our scientific expertise in service of our clients, because it’s not just big corporations that should leverage people data. All businesses regardless of size need the lasting impact that comes from clarity in their people and human resources operations.

The BRS team consists of research consultants with advanced training in research, statistics, and the social sciences combined with decades of consulting experience in a variety of industries. Our expertise includes workforce entry, workforce performance, and workforce development, all with the goal of measurement-based change. Our research consultants are ready to address your questions using research and data as the bedrock of your decision making.
